Nouns — Fehlerkorrektur 1

Jeder Satz enthält einen Fehler mit Nomen. Finde ihn und schreibe den korrekten Satz.

Aufgabe

1. She gave me an advice about my CV.

   Korrektur:

   → She gave me some advice about my CV. (advice ist nicht zählbar — kein unbestimmter Artikel a/an)

2. The childrens‘ room is upstairs.

   Korrektur:

   → The children’s room is upstairs. (children ist bereits Plural ohne -s — daher children’s, nicht childrens‘)

3. I have two foots and ten tooths.

   Korrektur:

   → I have two feet and ten teeth. (Unregelmäßige Plurale: foot → feet, tooth → teeth)

4. The news are very bad today.

   Korrektur:

   → The news is very bad today. (news sieht wie Plural aus, ist aber Singular)

5. My scissors is on the table.

   Korrektur:

   → My scissors are on the table. (scissors ist Pluraliatantum — immer Pluralverb)

6. This is the car of my sister.

   Korrektur (S-Genitiv):

   → This is my sister’s car. (Bei Personen bevorzugt man den S-Genitiv)

7. We saw three deers in the forest.

   Korrektur:

   → We saw three deer in the forest. (deer hat unveränderlichen Plural)

8. He is a friend of me.

   Korrektur:

   → He is a friend of mine. (Nach of steht das Possessivpronomen mine — nicht das Objektpronomen me)

9. There was a lot of luggages at the airport.

   Korrektur:

   → There was a lot of luggage at the airport. (luggage ist nicht zählbar und hat keine Pluralform)

10. The mothers-in-laws are coming to visit.

    Korrektur:

    → The mothers-in-law are coming to visit. (Bei Kopf-Nomen-Komposita erhält das Hauptwort die Pluralendung: mothers-in-law)
